Class I chemical indicators that comply with ISO 11140 requirements exhibit a significant color change after sterilization conditions are met. They are suitable for ethylene oxide sterilization and should be exposed to an ethylene oxide concentration of 600 ± 50 ml/L at temperatures ranging from 48°C to 55°C and humidity levels between 65% and 80% for more than 3 hours.

Usage method：

Apply 5-6 cm of sterilization indicator tape at the sealing edge of the item (or container), wrap it in a cross pattern for no less than two rounds to secure and bundle it. If securing and bundling are unnecessary, cut an appropriate length of indicator tape, directly stick it on a conspicuous part of the outside of the sterilization package, press lightly on the tape to enhance its sealing effect, or use a marker pen to record directly on the tape. Place it in the sterilizer for sterilization. Under certain concentrations of ethylene oxide gas, temperature, and time, the indicator on the tape changes from light red to yellow-brown, indicating that the package has undergone ethylene oxide sterilization; if the color change is uneven or there is no color change, it indicates that the package has not been sterilized.

Suitable for hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, food and beverage industries, health supplements, disinfection services, medical device manufacturers, and sterilization service providers for chemical testing and packaging of ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization packs; it indicates whether a sterilization pack has undergone sterilization, applicable for 100% EO and EO/HFC blend gas sterilization.
