Product description:

Class I chemical indicators that comply with ISO 11140 requirements undergo a noticeable color change after sterilization conditions are met. They are suitable for ethylene oxide sterilization under conditions of an ethylene oxide concentration of 600 ± 50 ml/L, temperature range of 48°C to 55°C, and humidity level of 65% to 80%, for a sterilization period of over 3 hours.

Usage instructions:

Place the indicator card at the center of the standard test pack or item, with the side printed with the indicator facing outward. Insert it into the middle of the package's contents. The card should be positioned in the intersection of hard containers or at least two diagonals, or in the hardest-to-sterilize areas. For each sterilization cycle, place one card inside each large pack and in packs located in difficult-to-sterilize areas. Wrap the indicator card with gauze or brown paper to prevent moisture from affecting the results. After a sterilization cycle, if the color block on the card changes from red to blue, it indicates that the sterilization pack has been properly sterilized. If the color change is uneven or there is no color change, it means that the pack has not undergone sterilization.

Suitable for hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, food industries, health and epidemic prevention departments, medical device manufacturers, and sterilization service organizations. It is used for ethylene oxide air sterilization and disinfection, indicating whether a sterilization package has undergone ethylene oxide sterilization. Additionally, it is used to detect and evaluate the effectiveness of ethylene oxide sterilization.
